Grammar UNIT 2: Past Simple

This unit we're studying the PAST SIMPLE tense.

Notice that the verb TO BE and the modal verb CAN are irregular and they don't follow the rules. The past simple of TO BE is WAS or WERE and the past simple of CAN is COULD.

    The last book i red is "Kafka i la nina que se´n va anar de viatge".
    The author is Jordi Sierra i Fabra,from the editorial "estrella polar".
    I bought the book at eighteen of october,but the library doesn´t
    had the book,so i asked a friend.
    The book is about a man,who is walking in the park,he found a girl and she told to the man
    that she had lost her wrist,then the man explains that his doll was gone on a trip, the man pretends to be a mailman and he is giving letters written by him to the girl.
